ADVIRA'S POV:
It's been already one week since the bodyguard has started to live with me. Although I thought it would be awful to have someone unknown to live with but at least I am happy to say that he knows his boundary. He keeps to himself and doesn't bother me.
However, there is one thing I hate to share with him that is my kitchen. I am a clean freak when it comes to the cooking area but it's like he doesn't even know how to clean his room so I shouldn't even talk about the kitchen.
I still remember the horrifying sight of my kitchen when he first cooked something for him. Only he knows what he cooked because all I could see was a black object on the plate while the smell of something burning had my nose bleeding, not seriously though. That day, I got to know that this big ass man who calls himself a bodyguard doesn't know anything about cooking. Hell, he doesn't even have any idea how to boil an egg.
So, right now I am making breakfast for the two of us because I don't want to take any risks anymore with getting my kitchen burn. Also, my mother has taught me manners so I can't let my bodyguard starve while I eat delicious food.
I hear a throat clearing from behind and without looking back I know it's Dylan who is back from his daily workout session in the gym I have in the apartment.
"Have you showered?" I ask while putting three pancakes on a plate for him.
"Yes, I have showered in the gym." He replies in a deep tone making me hum.
"Here take it." I say while handling him the plate.
"Thank you, ma'am." He replies before taking a sit on the stool across the kitchen island. I put two pancakes on a plate for me and sit beside him on another chair.
None of us talk because I don't think there is anything interesting for me to talk to him. I eat my breakfast while scrolling through the latest news about business. Suddenly, an article catch my interest which is written about Mum's company. However, the more I read the more angry I get.
I throw the phone on the floor breaking it into multiple pieces but I don't care about it. I only care about my Mum's reputation which is being tarnished by some unethical morrons.
"Ma'am, is everything okay?" Dylan asks giving a blank look at the broken phone then shifting his attention to me.
"If all was well, would I have thrown my phone away?" I retort glaring at him.
"Sorry for asking such stupid things. But still, something must have happened that you are so angry." He says making me sigh.
"Look, I am getting very angry, so it would be better that you do not talk to me about anything right now." I reply and get up without completing my breakfast.
I walk into my bedroom and decide to send an ultimatum to the site which has published rubbish about my mother's company. They have the nerve to write that just because Ethan isn't a Bianchi by blood, he has been handover AB Enterprises which is q complete bullshit. It's a billion dollars company too so what's the big deal if Ethan is handling it.
Don't know why still people give more importance to blood relations and it's not just about today. From a long time, we have been hearing the same thing that we don't have same parents. After all, what do other people have to do with our lives?
I have sent the e-mail, but if still those idiots do not take back that news article, then I will take legal action. I always keep silent after listening to my mother. But sometimes it seems that if I don't show my other form to those people then they will keep taking me for granted which I can't let happen.
Whatever had to happen has happened, now I have to cool my mind because today is Sunday and I have to go to meet my siblings and cousins. Not only this, today after many months, everyone is going to gather in the Bianchi Mansion, So, today I can't miss going there.
Just then a knock on my door breaks me out of my thoughts. So, I look at the doorway to find Dylan standing there holding a plate and a cup.
"What is it?" I ask feeling irritated by his presence.
"Ma'am, you left without completing your breakfast so I thought that I should bring it here." He replies making me sigh. So, I walk near him before taking the plate and cup from him.
"Thank you." I reply in a cold tone.
"By the way, do you have any plans for today?" I ask before he can walk away.
"No." Comes his short reply.
"I am going to my parent's place. So, if you want you can go out and meet your friends or something." I let out shrugging my shoulders.
"I will be accompanying you." He says making me glare at him.
"No, you're not. Today is Sunday and on Sunday every employee gets day off from their work. So, you will have a day off too and that means you will not follow me wherever I go." I order but much to my annoyance he shakes his head.
"As your bodyguard I don't have any day off. My job is to protect you 24/7 and I like to do my job without any day off." That's all he replies before walking away leaving me in total shock. Because no one and I mean it that no one has ever denied my order before.
"Papaaaa!" I yell in annoyance because if he hadn't got this Bodyguard then I wouldn't have to be so annoyed every second.
I take deep breaths and try to calm myself because yelling won't solve the problem. I eat the pancake and drink the tea before going inside the closet to select an outfit for the day. It doesn't take me long for settled on an outfit that will be perfect for a Sunday outing. So, I quickly put on the clothes and then do my makeup. I do a half-up and half-down hairstyle while curling the end of my hair to make it look more beautiful. I remember Olivia Auntie calling it a topsy tail hairstyle. Lastly, I put some necessary things in a purse along with my sim card because on the way there I need to buy a new phone. I think I should keep some spare phones in stock as I have taken a habit of breaking phones quite often nowadays.
When I come down the stairs I scowl looking at Dylan who is again wearing a suit. One day I will definitely burn down all of his suit for god's sake.
"Go and change your clothes." I order calmly.
"I am wearing what I always during my duty." He replies again in a robotic tone.
"I am your boss and I am telling you to change into something casual." I tell him and thankfully he leaves from there without any argument.
A few minutes later I hear footsteps coming near so I look up to see that finally he has changed into something different. Also, it won't be a lie to say that he looks good in casuals too.
It is not that he is wearing any expensive clothes, but the simple white t-shirt and blue pants that he is wearing look quite good. Also, he looks more boyish in this type of clothes.
I don't know why it seems that when his eyes fall on me, he keeps looking at me for some time. But quickly he lowers his eyes and starts walking ahead of me. I also don't say anything to him anything and start following him.
There is another thing which has completely changed nowadays which is that I don't drive my car anymore. At first I didn't like letting anyone drive my car, but Dylan didn't listen to me. He has told me that if he is my bodyguard then he should drive for me.
It takes us half an hour to reach Bianchi Mansion. Mum and Papa are not here as they have gone to India. But it is good that we brothers and sisters got a chance to spend time together. Nowadays everyone has become so busy in their lives that it has become difficult to find time for each other.
"Ma'am, should I stay here or come in with you?" Dylan asks as I go out of the car.
"If you don't want to go anywhere else, you can come in. Anyway, what would you do here alone?" I retort making him nod his head.
Without waiting for him, I decide to go inside the house. But before I can ring the doorbell, the door is opened and Ethan picks me up in his arms making me squeal.
"What are you doing crazy? Put me down now." I let out and thankfully he does that.
"Don't you eat food? Why are you so skinny?" Ethan teases making me hit him behind his head.
"I am not skinny at all as I weigh as much as I should be." I remark walking inside the house.
"So where is everyone else?" I ask thanking the maid who offers me a glass of water.
"Where else? Everyone is in the game room." Ethan answers before looking at Dylan who just walks inside.
"I guess you are Dylan, my sister's bodyguard?" Ethan asks Dylan who nods in response.
"I hope my sister is not giving you any hard time." Ethan jokes while I pinch his biceps.
"Everything is alright, Sir." Dylan replies politely.
"You don't need to address me as sir. You can call me Ethan." Ethan says which Dylan looks at me as if asking for permission.
"Dylan, you are not my puppet that you need to ask for my permission in everything. You can interact with others in the way you want. Also, you don't have to follow me around because this is my childhood home and I don't think I will have any trouble here." I let out understanding well that he is very dedicated to his work.
"Divi, are you here?" Evelyn screams from upstairs making me chuckle.
"Yes, I am here baby. Wait I am coming to you." I holler before walking towards the staircase to go to the gameroom.

DYLAN'S POV:
It's been 2 hours since we have come here and I am kind of liking the people of this house. This is the first time that I have been able to go out on Sunday after many years. Although I'm still doing my job, but it's nice to talk to everyone here.
Before I took this job, I had read a lot of articles about the Bianchi family and their interactions with their close persons. But never thought that one day would come when I would be able to sit and talk with them. They are really very down to earth persons and maybe that's why they're so successful in everything.
Alessandro Bianchi is not a small name. He is such a businessman who is famous not only in California but all over the world. He has started his company from scratch and now his daughter is taking this business forward. Not only Alessandro Bianchi, his wife Anupama Bianchi is a great business woman too. She says to be the backbone of this huge empire.
For once I was scared about whether I would be able to do this job perfectly but then I remembered my sister for whom I have to save money. Right now she is studying in school, but I want her to study at a good college so that she can fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor.
"Do you know how to play chess?" Adam asks who I have got to know as Samuel's son.
"I know how to play, but it has been many years since I have played." I reply shrugging my shoulders.
"Why are you so obsessed with chess, Adam? Sometimes play something else too." The girl named Mia asks while Adam glares at her.
"It's none of your business, Mia. So, shut up." Adam replies quite harshly.
"Don't talk to her like that, Adam. She is older than you." Ian snaps making my eyes widen because he seems to be the quiet one out of everyone.
"Look who is talking? Why are you even taking her side when she doesn't give a fuck about your feelings? Don't you have any spine that you are running behind her like she is the only girl in the worl-" Adam doesn't get to complete whatever he is going to say because a punch land on his face by none other than Advira ma'am.
Instantly, I stand up from the bean bag where I was sitting and walk near her. But she holds her hand stopping me from going any further and I oblige to her silent order.
"Have you lost your manners, Adam? Have you forgotten that Ian is older than you? Not only that, you are mistreating Mia too?" Advira ma'am says with a glare while Adam lowers his head.
"It's alright, Advira. He is still a child so it's okay for him to not understand everything." Mia says but I don't think Advira ma'am is in the mood to listen to anyone.
"He is 19 for god sake. Stop saying that he is a child. Hell! even Evelyn behaves more maturely than him." Advira ma'am says before she holds Adam's collar making him look at her with fear in his eyes.
"Don't think that I have hit you because I am taking anyone's side. I have hit you because you were insulting your elders as well as cursing them. No matter if they are ten years older or one year older, our family has taught us to respect others but it seems you have forgotten that. So, this should be my last warning to you and by any chance, if I find you badmouthing anyone then I won't hesitate to report you to Samuel Uncle and you know your father's punishment." Advira ma'am remarks before walking out of the room.
"I am sorry, Mia." Adam says looking ashamed while Mia smiles at him before she too walks out of the room.
One by one everyone starts to leave the game room so I leave with them too. Things were going so well but I think every good thing comes to an end at some point.
In a week, I have come to understand that Advira ma'am does not get angry without any reason. Even this morning when she broke her phone, I understood that something must have triggered her mind.
When it's time for lunch, everyone sit together in the dining room and starts eating quietly. Suddenly someone nudge me on my hand and I notice a little girl looking at me. She looks the same in age as my sister.
"Yes?" I ask softly.
"You take care of my Divi, don't you?" She asks quietly making me confused.
"Umm, who is this Divi you are talking about?" I ask.
"Oh no! How can I forget that only I call her Divi so how are you supposed to know her?" She murmurs but I can clearly hear her.
"By the way, what's your name?" I ask smiling at her because she reminds me of my sister whom I haven't met in months.
"Where did my manners go? Hello, I am Evelyn Bianchi. What's yours?" Evelyn asks back with a huge smile.
"I am Dylan Rodriguez." I reply pinching her cheeks softly making her giggle.
"What's going on with you two?" Ian asks looking at me and Evelyn.
"I am just asking Dylan whether he takes care of Divi or not." Evelyn replies before sticking out her tongue at her big brother.
"You still haven't told me about your Divi." I remark.
"Divi means my big sister Advira. It's a special name I have given her." Evelyn replies making me nod my head.
"Dylan, why haven't you taken a break today? You could have gone to meet your family." Mia suggests but the moment I hear the word family my mood dampens immediately.
"I don't like to take break." I reply clutching the spoon tightly.
Thankfully no one asks me any more questions regarding my family because I am in no state to discuss about this topic. This is not an easy topic for me to talk about. Especially with people who won't understand my situation because they have a loving home.
